Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Confirmation and Tracking
Customers receive a confirmation email once their order is placed. When the order is shipped, another email with a tracking number is sent so customers can track their parcel.
Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages
Lil Loyalty states we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or for packages delayed in transit. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate shipping details to avoid issues. If wrong details are provided and lead to issues, Lil Loyalty will not reimburse the package.
International Orders
Customers should be aware that Lil Loyalty is not responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred from international customs or post office bills. This responsibility falls on the customer.
Collect Item From Store
Customers opting for pick up will recieve a email notification when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving the pick up confirmation email. A valid ID and order confirmation number must be presented at the time of pick up. Lil Loyalty is not responsible for any uncollected orders beyond the 7-day pick up window.
